Meet Iryna

Through seasons of loss, grief, and long stretches of not knowing, I learned that healing doesn’t happen through force or grand gestures. It unfolds in simple, human moments — when something true is named, when the body is met with patience, and when experience is held with care rather than rushed or bypassed.

My work is deeply rooted in shamanic healing, somatic awareness, and ancestral ways of understanding the body and soul as inseparable. I work slowly and relationally, with deep respect for each person’s nervous system, history, and inner timing. 

People often come to me when they feel disconnected from themselves, emotionally burdened, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are sensitive, intuitive, and self-aware, yet still feel stuck, tired, or unsure how to move forward without overriding themselves.

I don’t offer quick solutions or answers. What I offer is a steady, grounded space where truth can surface gently, where the body can be listened to, and where deeper layers of healing can unfold in their own time.

Over time, my own healing became something I wanted to share — not as an answer, but as a space I know how to hold.
